Water Tightness Test
Clause 6.22 of PAS23-1999
Results: No leakage at 200 PA Air Pressure or below in accordance with BS5368-3 1978 spray method 2 water spray.

Flap Durability Tests
In accordance with Certificate TS32 to performance in duribility and corrosion.

Flap Opening Test
15,000 exceeded. Resisted forces of between 80-100 Newtons after cycling.

Durability Test
Exposed to neutral salt spray BSEN1670. No corrosion of flap which worked with limits of force specified in test.
